Baxt AS is a supplier within a number of product areas in the bread and bakery goods category. The product areas we cover are summarized below, along with some selected brands.

AMERICAN COOKIES

Our assortment of American cakes consists of products baked at Millba in Skien. Aunt Mabel's muffins, cookies, and donuts are available in various formats and packaging

BREAD AND BAKEOFF

Baxt supplies bake-off products to various gas stations and cafes. The assortment consists of delicious baguettes, bread, and wheat pastries.

SHAPED CAKES

Our shaped cakes come in different shapes and flavours. You can find the delicious cakes both in the shop and along the road.

LEFSER

Baxt supplies lefse products under the brands Vestlandslefsa and Berthas. These are produced in Norway's "lefse" capital, at Baxt Lierne.

PORTION CAKES

Our portion cakes come in various flavors and shapes. These include coconut buns, donuts and a wide selection of cake pieces.

PÅGEN

Pågen Gifflar and Vanillas - perfect for home coffee, outings or Friday treats. "Baking with love". That is the core of everything Pågen does - to bake tasty, quality products with great emphasis on sustainability throughout the products' life cycle.

SEASON

Our seasonal assortment consists of traditional Norwegian cakes and lefser. Here you can find gingerbread, wreath cakes, donuts and other cookies that belong to the Christmas season.
