Baxt actively strives to achieve significant quality and sustainability objectives through Norwegian-produced products, close proximity to the market, and a focus on enhancing transportation and packaging. Explore some of our measures in more detail below.
Our work and measures
Quality and sustainability are important to us at Baxt. We entered the market with Norwegian-made goods and, in recent years, imported foreign-made goods into our Norwegian bakeries. We are also concerned with optimizing our transportation by moving full cars in order to reduce the amount of cargo transported.

We also immediately freeze a number of our products after production and keep them frozen until they arrive at the store in order to provide customers and consumers with the freshest products possible. If we don't break the freezer chain before it gets to the store, we can give customers better durability and reduce waste. In addition, we are focusing on packaging-related measures, such as replacing our plastic packaging.
